Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation and settlement of sales routes and collections.
- Verify and process cash, checks, and credit card receipts from route deliveries.
- Prepare deposit slips and ensure adherence to cash handling procedures.
- Identify and communicate discrepancies to sales representatives and management.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, settlements, and returns.
- Collaborate with drivers and sales personnel to resolve any collection-related issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage daily tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with spreadsheet software.
