Key Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and efficiencies.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for RPA workflows and processes.
- Collaborate with business analysts and clients to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of RPA bots to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed automation solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an RPA Developer with a strong portfolio of projects.
- Proficiency in leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed global team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with clients and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
