Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute Record to Report (RTR) processes, including general ledger maintenance and reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial closing activities and preparation of financial statements.
  • Perform detailed analysis of financial data, identifying variances and investigating root causes.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial reporting and control processes.
  • Support internal and external audit requirements by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting practices and financial systems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Record to Report (RTR) or general accounting specialist role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), financial reporting, and internal controls.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
