Job Purpose:

– Assist guests with luggage and ensure safe delivery, collection, and storage
– Deliver guest messages, parcels, mail, and other items promptly and accurately
– Maintain accurate records of guest deliveries and stored luggage
– Provide directions and assistance throughout the hotel
– Maintain excellent knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and outlets
– Follow all hotel SOPs and procedures and actively promote hotel services
– Maintain a friendly, professional, and guest-focused approach at all times

Qualifications & Experience:

– Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within an international 5-star hotel, preferably 500+ rooms
– Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred
– Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
– Additional language is an advantage
– Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and OPERA PMS
