Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor health and safety policies and procedures across all hotel operations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, recommending and overseeing corrective actions.
- Ensure strict compliance with local and international health and safety regulations and standards.
- Develop and deliver safety training and awareness programs for all staff members.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of safety inspections, incidents, and training activities.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong observational skills with excellent attention to detail.
