    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure daily monitoring of site activities for compliance with ADNOC and project-specific HSE rules.
    • Conduct site safety audits, inspections, and hazard identification walkthroughs.
    • Support the implementation of HSE plans, risk assessments, and task-specific safety controls.
    • Participate in incident investigation, reporting, and root cause analysis (RCA).
    • Conduct Toolbox Talks (TBT), HSE inductions, and task-specific safety briefings.
    • Liaise with construction supervisors, subcontractors, and project HSE teams to enforce safety compliance.

    Requirements

    • Strong knowledge of ADNOC Safety standards and UAE regulatory safety requirements.
    • Practical understanding of construction hazards associated with Mechanical, Civil, E&I, Lifting, Scaffolding, and Hot Works activities.
    • Excellent observational, reporting, and communication skills.
    • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline (preferred).
    • NEBOSH IGC (required), OSHA / IOSH or equivalent safety certification.
    • Minimum 5–10 years of experience as Safety / HSE Officer in Oil & Gas EPC or Construction projects.
