Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for TRM Labs’ solutions within the EMEA Private Sector.
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers at financial institutions and crypto businesses.
  • Drive significant revenue growth by successfully closing new business and expanding existing accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with internal product, engineering, and threat intelligence teams to meet client needs.
  • Provide expert demonstrations and presentations of TRM Labs’ blockchain intelligence platform.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Sales Account Director or similar role, with a focus on B2B sales.
  • Strong background in financial services, fintech, cybersecurity, or blockchain technology.
  • Deep understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain forensics, and financial crime prevention.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage a diverse regional territory.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and engaging with senior stakeholders.
