Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales efforts and manage strategic accounts within the EMEA private sector.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in financial services and crypto industries.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand TRM Labs’ footprint.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to ensure client success.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting on market trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience (10+ years preferred) in enterprise sales within the financial services or technology sector.
- Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions to the EMEA private sector.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and financial crime prevention.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment and willingness to travel as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus.
