Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales efforts and manage strategic accounts within the EMEA private sector.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in financial services and crypto industries.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand TRM Labs’ footprint.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to ensure client success.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting on market trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (10+ years preferred) in enterprise sales within the financial services or technology sector.
  • Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions to the EMEA private sector.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and financial crime prevention.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment and willingness to travel as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus.
