Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the Middle East and Asia regions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts and clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share for Stanley Black & Decker products.
  • Present innovative product solutions and negotiate contracts effectively to secure sales.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or similar role, preferably 5+ years in a relevant industry.
  • Strong understanding of the industrial, manufacturing, or electrical sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, international team.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the Middle East and Asia regions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
