Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads for real estate opportunities in Ajman.
- Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and investment potential.
- Conduct property viewings and effectively present suitable options to prospective buyers/tenants.
- Negotiate sales contracts and facilitate smooth closing of real estate deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest real estate market trends and regulations in the UAE.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related client-facing role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong self-motivation.
- Customer-focused approach with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of the Ajman real estate market is highly desirable.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to personal transport preferred.
