Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new leads for real estate opportunities in Ajman.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and investment potential.
  • Conduct property viewings and effectively present suitable options to prospective buyers/tenants.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and facilitate smooth closing of real estate deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with the latest real estate market trends and regulations in the UAE.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a related client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong self-motivation.
  • Customer-focused approach with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the Ajman real estate market is highly desirable.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to personal transport preferred.
