Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities for various facilities services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of services to potential clients.
- Negotiate service contracts and successfully close sales agreements.
- Achieve and consistently exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.

Requirements
