Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales performance data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify key insights and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to assist with sales forecasting and strategic planning.
- Provide actionable recommendations to optimize sales processes, improve efficiency, and achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to inform business strategies.
- Support the sales leadership with ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a Sales Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably with 5+ years of experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data insights.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, global environment.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify challenges and propose data-driven solutions.
