Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and daily operations.
- Prepare sales presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Support customer inquiries and maintain excellent client relationships.
- Process orders and ensure accurate record-keeping in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth sales processes.
- Contribute to market research and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow in sales.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Czech or other European languages is an advantage.
