  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Cartier’s values, heritage, and commitment to excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • A strong passion for luxury products and an in-depth understanding of the Cartier brand.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client satisfaction.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
