Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business development targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Mechanical or Industrial Engineering sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships in the GCC/Middle East.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth areas.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales and business development, preferably in the industrial manufacturing or engineering sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of explosion-bonded clad plates and pressure vessel components is a plus.
- Ability to travel as required within the region.
