Key Responsibilities

  • Win new business for AI-powered revenue growth services across various SMEs.
  • Own the full sales cycle from outreach to closing deals.
  • Qualify opportunities rigorously to focus on decision-makers with budget and urgency.
  • Communicate value clearly, handle objections, and defend pricing.
  • Maintain a structured pipeline in CRM with clear next steps and realistic forecasting.
  • Work directly with the founders to shape offers, proposals, and sales strategy.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE in marketing, advertising, tech/SaaS, real estate, financial services, or consulting.
  • A proven track record of closing deals.
  • Strong qualification and objection-handling skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English; other languages are a plus.
  • High ownership mindset and comfortable working in a lean, performance-driven environment.
