    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate sales activities and provide comprehensive support to the sales team.
    • Process customer orders, manage correspondence, and maintain accurate sales records.
    • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
    • Liaise effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
    • Assist in organizing and executing sales events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures throughout the sales process.

    Requirements

    • Extensive proven experience (10+ years) in a sales coordination, executive assistant, or administrative role.
    • Strong organizational and exceptional time management skills with the ability to multitask.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and CRM software.
    • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
    • High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
