    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through various outreach channels including email, phone, and social media.
    • Conduct initial outreach to potential clients to understand their needs and introduce Deel’s solutions.
    • Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
    • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and refine effective outreach strategies.
    • Continuously learn and articulate Deel’s value proposition to a diverse range of prospects.

    Requirements

    • A strong interest in a career in sales, business development, or technology.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and understand complex product offerings.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a strong work ethic.
    • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Central and Eastern European (CEE) languages is a plus.
