Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential enterprise clients in the DACH region.
- Engage with prospects through multi-channel outreach (email, phone, social media).
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Account Executives to develop target strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine outreach approaches.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in sales development or a similar client-facing role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with DACH clients.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, international team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
