Cloudbeds is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead sales and business development efforts in the Bangkok Metropolitan Area, Thailand. This role involves driving the adoption of Cloudbeds’ intelligent growth engine within the hospitality sector, working with ambitious hoteliers to optimize operations, revenue, and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the Bangkok Metropolitan Area.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with hospitality clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the hotel industry.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product, to ensure client success.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar senior sales role, preferably in SaaS or hospitality technology.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and hotel operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, global team.
- Fluency in English and local Thai language is preferred.
