Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the Middle East and Africa regions.
  • Drive significant revenue growth and achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key aerospace clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the regional sales team.
  • Represent GA Telesis at major industry events and conferences.

Requirements

  • Extensive proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within the aerospace industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the Middle East and Africa markets.
  • In-depth understanding of aerospace aftermarket services, lifecycle management, and MRO solutions.
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to travel extensively across the assigned regions as required.
