    Quantexa is seeking a Sales Director to drive innovation and change across the Government sector, supporting business growth, risk management, and customer centricity. You will be responsible for executing the sales go-to-market strategy, identifying new opportunities, building a pipeline, and meeting company targets within the META region.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Define and execute the sales strategy and go-to-market plan for the META territory in collaboration with the META GM & The Director of Solution Engineering.
    • Consistently deliver against sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
    • Identify new opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline through hunting and nurturing.
    • Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to drive sales.
    • Nurture existing accounts and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
    • Travel to client offices in Dubai and the Gulf region as needed.

    Requirements

    • Good understanding of Government Sector issues and ability to ‘advise and solutionize’ with the customer through a consultative sales-based approach.
    • Experience of selling into areas such as Borders, taxation, customs, law enforcement, Ministry of Economy and Ministry of Finance.
    • Good understanding of enterprise sales in 2 or more of the following countries; UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain.
    • Track record of positioning and selling Enterprise software either directly or as part of an ecosystem.
    • Experience building partnerships across System Integrators, Cloud platform providers and Consultancy organizations.
