Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales targets and promote Tarte Cosmetics products effectively.
  • Provide comprehensive education to customers on product benefits and application.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and in-store training sessions.
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards and product presentation.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with store personnel and management.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Tarte, embodying its values and mission.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and beauty education within the cosmetics industry.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong passion for clean beauty, sustainability, and Tarte Cosmetics products.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required.
