Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales enablement strategies and programs.
- Create, manage, and optimize sales tools, content, and training materials for the sales team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment of initiatives.
- Onboard new sales representatives and provide continuous training on product knowledge, sales methodologies, and best practices.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement process optimizations.
- Manage the sales technology stack, ensuring effective adoption and utilization by the sales force.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales enablement, sales operations, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across various departments to achieve common goals.
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
