Job Overview
CAE Engineering is seeking a dedicated Sales Engineer to join their team in Baku, Azerbaijan. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to promote and distribute a wide portfolio of electricity sector products from global manufacturers, as well as CAE’s own CAEM brand products. You will be responsible for providing solution-oriented service to business partners, ensuring the highest quality products and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell CAE Engineering’s product portfolio in the electricity sector, including products from international distribution and the CAEM brand.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential business partners.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored, solution-oriented technical proposals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities within the electricity sector.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical sales or engineering within the electricity sector.
- Strong understanding of electrical products and systems (e.g., from GEIS, ABB, Rittal, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Turkish or Azerbaijani is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
