Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and fit-out projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in the construction, engineering, and related sectors.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve and exceed set revenue targets.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal engineering and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, specifically within engineering services, construction, or fire protection.
  • Strong technical understanding of AMC offerings and fit-out solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to work independently.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field is highly preferred.
