    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify new retail opportunities and support partnership development independently.
    • Develop sales channels including B2B corporate sales, pop-up sales, e-commerce, and self-run retail stores.
    • Visit and manage sales outlets/retailers to promote company products and achieve sales targets.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for product launches and promotions.
    • Assist in planning and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
    • Support marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.

    Requirements

    • Diploma or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 3 years of experience in retail or sales operations.
    • Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
    • Good understanding of local retail markets and/or anime IP markets.
    • Good communication and organizational skills.
    • Experience in the retail industry with connections to retailers/retail chains is preferred.
