    Key Responsibilities

    • Represent BYD as a trusted advisor, guiding customers from enquiry through test drive to handover.
    • Manage leads with precision, ensuring every enquiry is tracked, followed up, and converted.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maximizing upselling opportunities.
    • Deliver a premium customer experience, blending product expertise with genuine relationship-building.
    • Work closely with marketing, aftersales, and finance teams to ensure seamless processes and satisfied customers.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the UAE, preferably in the automotive industry.
    • Track record in lead conversion, pipeline management, and customer follow-up.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluency in English required.
    • Tech-savvy with sales systems and digital sales platforms.
    • Valid UAE driver’s license.
