• Salary Range: 6k + incentives (commission)
• Job Type: Full-time
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Preferred)
• Experience: 2+ years

Key Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities within assigned regions.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Promote and sell our range of power transmission products.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Prepare and present detailed sales proposals, quotes, and product specifications.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the power transmission or industrial equipment sector.
• Strong technical understanding of power transmission products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated with a passion for driving sales and building relationships.
