Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for M-KOPA’s products and services in the Arua region.
- Identify and engage potential customers, effectively communicating the value of M-KOPA’s financial solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain financing models clearly to diverse customer segments.
- Provide feedback to the sales management team on market trends and customer needs.
- Contribute to M-KOPA’s mission of extending financial access to everyday earners in Uganda.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the financial services or consumer electronics sector.
- Strong understanding of the Arua local market and customer base.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and highly target-driven.
- High level of integrity and a commitment to ethical sales practices.
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as required.
