Job Overview
M-KOPA is seeking a driven Sales Executive to join their team in Nebbi, Uganda. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales of M-KOPA’s innovative smartphone and e-motorbike financing solutions, as well as embedded digital financial services, to customers in the region. You will play a crucial part in expanding financial inclusion for everyday earners.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive direct sales of M-KOPA products including smartphones, e-motorbikes, and digital financial services.
- Acquire new customers within the assigned sales territory in Nebbi, Uganda.
- Educate potential customers on M-KOPA’s flexible financing models and repayment terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with all company sales processes, policies, and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in direct sales, preferably within the fintech, consumer electronics, or micro-finance sectors.
- Strong understanding of the local market dynamics and customer needs in Uganda.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for empowering financial inclusion.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
