Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role, preferably in HR or B2B services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong track record of overachieving sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
