Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
- Present and promote the company’s HR consultancy services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively and efficiently.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline analyses for management review.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities in the HR sector.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the HR or B2B services sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as an integral part of a collaborative team.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid UAE driving license and personal transport preferred for client meetings.
