    Nathan & Nathan is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to focus on the HORECA (Non-Food) segment (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, and Catering) in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining relationships with key hospitality clients, and expanding market presence in the foodservice space.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve monthly and annual sales targets in the HORECA(Non-Food) sector.
    • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients (hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies) within Abu Dhabi.
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision makers (e.g., procurement heads, chefs, facility managers).
    • Present and demo products, conduct tastings or sampling, where relevant, to potential clients.
    • Negotiate pricing, contracts, order terms, and credit in alignment with company policies.
    • Coordinate with operations/logistics to ensure timely delivery and proper product placement in client outlets.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • Proven experience (typically 2–4+ years) in HORECA sales or B2B FMCG sales
    • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry’s dynamics, key decision-makers, and sales cycles
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Self-starter, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
