Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients in the talent acquisition and HR sectors.
- Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of Evaluar’s assessment tools.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide market feedback and improve offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in HR tech or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of human talent development and assessment processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as an integral part of a dynamic sales team.
- Goal-oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
