Job Overview

Conjugate Consulting is recruiting a full-time, on-site Sales Manager in Dubai for a leading real estate company. You will drive revenue growth, expand the client base, and cultivate relationships with HNWIs, investors, channel partners, and brokers—steering deals from prospecting through negotiation and documentation while representing the brand across exhibitions and client events.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients; analyze market trends to uncover opportunities.
• Develop business across geographies via research, outreach, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain relationships with HNWIs, investors, channel partners, and brokers.
• Represent the company at property exhibitions, meetings, and promotional events.
• Guide clients through selection, negotiations, documentation, and closing.
• Establish and grow a strong local and international broker network.

Requirements

• Proven sales management experience (real estate preferred).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read market trends and adapt strategy accordingly.
• Track record of relationship-building with stakeholders at all levels.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
