Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar mid-senior level sales leadership role (5+ years preferred).
  • Strong background in sales and business development, ideally within the design, furniture, or related industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain robust client relationships.
  • A track record of driving sales growth and achieving ambitious targets.
