Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Manage and nurture strong relationships with key clients in various industries such as Pharma, Personal Care, Food, and Oil & Gas.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expanding market presence and customer base.
- Lead contract negotiations and successfully close sales deals for a wide range of chemical solutions and ingredients.
- Collaborate closely with technical and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and support to customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales management, with significant experience in the specialty chemicals or ingredients industry.
- Strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of market dynamics in the chemical manufacturing sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global business environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a distinct advantage.
