Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for CFD products.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, expanding D Prime’s client base in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
  • Lead and mentor a sales team, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies in all sales activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in sales within the financial services or brokerage industry, specifically with CFD products.
  • Strong understanding of Forex, Commodities, Indices, and Stocks markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, international team.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency with trading platforms such as MT4, MT5, TradingView.
