Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets in the assigned region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with clients and distributors.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales approaches accordingly.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably within the food and beverage or FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of the tea industry and global market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
