Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all sales operations for LP Gas products in the assigned region.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base aggressively.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports and accurate forecasts for management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within the utilities or energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of LP Gas distribution, retail sales, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans successfully.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English is highly preferred.
