Mandarin Oriental is seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Europe to join their team in Muscat, Oman. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand the market presence for their luxury hotels across the European region, driving revenue growth and forging strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans specifically targeting the European market.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities for Mandarin Oriental properties.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and travel agencies.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies.
- Represent Mandarin Oriental at relevant industry events, trade shows, and sales missions.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Sales Manager in the luxury hospitality sector.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with the European travel and tourism market.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a global team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
- Flexibility and willingness to undertake international travel as required.
