    Job Role Description

    Kingspan Insulation is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager at their Dubai, UAE iteration. The sales manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through his/her specific strategies to develop meaningful relation with important clients, outreaching to new business opportunities, and spearheading technical support to customers. The manager will be in close contact with architects, MEP (consultants, contractors, fabricators), and building owners to promote Kingspan’s insulation solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Dubai, UAE market.
    • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
    • Provide technical support to customers and address their inquiries and concerns
    • Develop and deliver technical presentations and training sessions to customers
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide feedback to management
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
    • Manage a team of Sales Engineers.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
    • At least 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the HVAC Solution industry/ MEP Product Sales.
    • CRM Exposure (Mandatory)
    • Strong technical knowledge of insulation materials and systems
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
    • Result-oriented mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Fluent in English (mandatory) and Arabic language skills will be preferred.
