Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for Villa della Pergola.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships.
- Manage and optimize sales channels, including direct sales, online travel agencies, and corporate partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Represent Villa della Pergola at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in luxury hospitality or a similar high-end environment.
- Strong understanding of the luxury travel market and client expectations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dedicated team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian or other languages is a plus.
