Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for HR outsourcing and EOR services.
  • Lead and supervise a team to achieve sales targets and expand client base within Uganda and the broader region.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with B2B clients, particularly for business incorporation and staffing.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to position HRLeverage Africa competitively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the HR services, BPO, or consulting sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex HR and workforce solutions to B2B clients.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical skills to drive market growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales/marketing tools.
