Key Responsibilities
- Identify and actively pursue new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Effectively present and demonstrate PONEA Group’s diverse range of wellness and fitness products and services.
- Negotiate sales contracts and confidently close deals to maximize revenue.
- Contribute valuable insights to market research and the development of effective sales strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within a related industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate as part of a team.
- Results-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for the fitness and wellness industry.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Phnom Penh as required.
