Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for energy parts across the EU&AF region.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide expert technical and commercial advice on Siemens Energy’s extensive product portfolio.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales approaches proactively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the energy, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong understanding of energy technology, components, and the parts market.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively as part of a diverse, international team.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional European languages is a significant advantage.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the EU&AF region as required by business needs.
