Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for Etihad Airways.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and individual customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand Etihad’s customer base and market share.
  • Effectively present and promote Etihad’s diverse products and services, including flight routes, loyalty programs, and special offers.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports, analyze market trends, and provide valuable feedback to management.
  • Represent Etihad Airways professionally at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, with a strong preference for candidates from the airline, travel, or hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse clients.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and thrive as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A results-oriented professional with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and other business needs.
