Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the pharmaceutical product line.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and key clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up support.
Requirements
- Proven executive-level experience (10+ years) in pharmaceutical sales or a related healthcare sales role.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and public health sector in Costa Rica.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage a territory effectively, and meet challenging sales goals.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
