Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by identifying and acquiring new business partners in Poland.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing merchants.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes and product offerings.
- Ensure high levels of merchant satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably 2+ years.
- Strong understanding of the Polish market and local business landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a hybrid team.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in English and Polish (verbal and written) is required.
